Welcome to the fam, Sis!  Upon subscribing you will be billed for your first box which will be delivered to you in the following month. Boxes are shipped priority mail, for a flat rate of $4.00, around the 21st of each month. Because boxes are shipped in batches, delivery dates may vary. Once your order has shipped tracking information will be emailed to you and your account will be updated with your tracking number as well. Your next payment is automatically scheduled for the 1st of each month moving forward.

Subscribers will receive 4-6 full-size black-owned beauty products from popular and up-and-coming brands. We will curate each box to a specific theme and align with current and emerging trends. Expect the best of black-owned beauty products ranging from make-up, skincare, haircare, body care, yoni care and more!

Each box will contain 4-8 deluxe and full-size beauty products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to customize the products in your box. But rest assured Sis, we’ve worked hard to make sure that we will be providing our customers with the best black-owned beauty products on the market. We got you!

BlakBox is $36.99 per month + $4.00 flat shipping in the contiguous U.S./$10 flat international shipping where applicable.  

BlakBox is a monthly subscription service. Your card on file will automatically be billed on the 1st of each month. Once you subscribe, this recurring payment schedule is automatically setup. You may cancel your subscription anytime. 

BlakBox currently offers free priority shipping to all the continental U.S. 

We’re currently shipping in the continental U.S. and Canada, only. Once our billing period has ended, orders are prepared to be shipped out around the 21st of each month. As orders are shipped in batches, delivery times may vary.  Subscribers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their box has been dispatched.  

Wondering where your package is? We will email tracking information to you once your order has shipped. You may also log into your account at Blakboxco.com to find your tracking info.

Log into Blackboxco.com and click on “Account”.  From here you will be able to update all your account information including your shipping address, billing information and membership details.

Please note that shipments will go out early each month so all address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to be effective for that month.

Log into Blackboxco.com and click on “Account.”  You may update your billing information under “Billing.” From the “Account” page, you may also update your shipping address and membership details.

Billing will always occur on the 1st of each month. Please make sure to have accurate billing information on file before the 1st of each month to ensure that there are no delays or cancellations of your shipment.

If payment isn’t successful on the first attempt. We’ll make several more attempts to collect payment. If your payment isn’t successful after multiple attempts your subscription will be canceled. 

At BlakBox we stand by the quality of or products and do our best to ensure that items are properly and safely packaged for shipment. If there are any items in your shipment that are defective, missing, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@blakboxco.com and we’ll be happy to help.

You have 48 hours to cancel your subscription order or renewal for a full refund after you have been billed.   Any subscription cancellation occurring after the 48 hour grace period will not be eligible for a refund in the current month, and will take effect in the following month. 

At this time, we are only able to respond to Customer Service inquiries via email. We respond to all emails in the order in which they are received within 48-72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please direct all inquiries to support@blakboxco.com .

Boxes for the current month are billed for in the previous month.  We do this to make sure that we always have enough inventory on hand to fill all our orders and to keep our customers happy with the on-time delivery of the best products. For new subscription activations, although you will be billed at the time of subscription, please keep in mind that you will receive your first box the following month.

If the payment for your renewal declined, our system will automatically continue attempting to collect payment several more times until the billing period has ended. Additionally, we’ll send you a notification so that you can resolve any issues. In order to stop the billing attempts, you must cancel your subscription before the payment is successfully processed. If we’re unable to continue the billing attempts, your subscription status will be updated, and you will be notified via email.

You will be billed for your first box the day that you subscribe to BlakBox. All recurring payments for future boxes will occur on the 1st of each month.

You may cancel your subscription by logging into Blakboxco.com and going to “Account”. There you will find your membership information as well as a link to cancel your subscription. Cancellations must occur 3 days before billing in order to take effect immediately and avoid a charge in the current month and a box the next month. If you cancel after the cancellation window, you will be billed in the current month and receive a box next month. Your cancellation will become effective in the following month in which you will no longer receive any future charges or shipments.
